Caroline was born in New York City, she is a singer, songwriter, and Radio Host. In 2017, Jones was listed by Rolling Stone as 1 of 10 need-to-know new country artists and one of Billboard’s 15 country artists to watch for in 2018. In March of 2018, she released her album Bare Feet, which she co-produced with Grammy and Academy award winner Ric Wake.
“The song and title “Bare Feet” represents authenticity and joy. I moved to Florida to make this record and was very inspired by the location to be more confident and creative. “Bare Feet” as a lyric is my personal mission statement — it’s how I want to live and walk into the world (pun intended!).”
“I think a love for music is imprinted on my soul. I was born with this endless desire to create, and I gravitated towards poetry and music at an early age. There’s something magical about the way that words and melody interweave to become a whole greater than their individual parts: a song.”
Caroline’s biggest musical influence is Willie Nelson. She says
Caroline is the creator of a radio show called “Art and Soul Channel”.
“My show Art & Soul is centered on the craft of songwriting. I have always loved hearing the stories behind the writing and production of my favorite songs, so as the host of the show I really get to geek out! I’ve had the pleasure of sharing stories and songs with Regina Spektor, James Bay, Us the Duo, Dave Barnes, Amanda Shires
Throughout 2018, Caroline toured with Jimmy Buffett and the Eagles, Zac Brown Band and OneRepublic, and Tim McGraw & Faith Hill. In 2017, she was on the road with Zac Brown Band and shared the stage with Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, and Toby Keith at the Trying to Reason hurricane relief benefit concert. A live duet with Buffett led to a charity single release and ultimately, a partnership with his Mailboat Records.
Currently, Caroline is touring with superstar Kenny Chesney on his nation-wide tour. Caroline says that touring with major artists have influenced her shows infinitely.
“I have learned so much about how to inspire and connect with crowds simply by having the great honor to be in front of tens of thousands night after night. By watching great artists and headliners treat their bands, crews and especially fans with passion, energy, and kindness.”

Before these larger tours, Caroline toured undeserved charter schools, on the “Heart is Smart” School tour with Stedman Graham.
“I spent the first several years of my career touring high schools and colleges on The Heart is Smart Tour. I performed my songs and told my stories in a solo-acoustic setting, then conducted master classes with students in songwriting and vocal performance. I really love discoursing with young dreamers like me about building a career and a craft. It was incredibly fulfilling to share inspiration with young minds so impressionable. I remember how Jewel and Patty Griffin shaped and inspired me as a teenager, and I want to continue to inspire young people especially in that way.”
“To me, being a woman in music or any creative endeavor is an asset, not a disadvantage. Feminine energy means intuition, expression, emotional sensitivity, and compassion, and these attributes at the center of artistry.”
To Caroline, being a woman in country music has not been something that she uses as a disadvantage. She takes the superpowers that all of us women have been given and uses them to her advantage!
If Caroline could give one piece of advice to someone just starting out in music “Spend all your time, energy and focus on honing whatever your craft and your dream is, whether it’s singing, songwriting, producing, or playing instruments. It is easy to get distracted and spend all your time and energy focused on what other people are doing, what other people are thinking, or comparing yourself to others. Focusing outside will take you away from your creativity and artistry, so focus inside and make it shine so bright that people inevitably begin taking notice.”
